These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.itechcloudsolution.com (the “Website”) and any information, downloads or tools we make available on it. The Website describes our Salesforce consulting, implementation, integration, development, managed, AI and data services and our products. Information on the Website is for general information only and is not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or order form signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these Terms.

3. Using the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, or interfere with the Website’s security or operation;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or personal data from the Website by automated means without our written permission;
  • submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form.

4. Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, code, videos, whitepapers and product names, are owned by or licensed to iTechCloud and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or republish them without our prior written consent. Salesforce, Agentforce, Tableau, MuleSoft and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.; other third-party names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Enquiries, downloads and communications

When you submit a form, request a download or subscribe to our newsletter, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email.

6. Products, demos and trials

Access to our products (including VoiceDeal, EasyGrid, OmniTracker and our Conversions API connectors), demos, pilots and trials may be subject to additional terms presented at sign-up. Demonstrations, sample calls and example runs shown on the Website illustrate capabilities and are not a guarantee of specific results.

The Website may link to third-party websites, platforms or marketplaces (for example Salesforce AppExchange). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website.
